The M16 ceiling hooks are ideal for mid to heavy weight bags. The hook has 4 holes that allow for a secure fix to any ceiling and, if required, can be used with our ground anchor.
Please note we offer free UK Standard Delivery on all products except boxing rings and MMA cages. Due to the size and weight of these products, we have to calculate delivery based on your location.
