TOUGHTEX PLUS PRINTED BOXING RING CANVAS

This is our new TOUGHTEX PLUS canvas – this canvas has taken over 2 years to develop. This is a traditional weave textile canvas, this is NOT a vinyl MMA canvas. The traditional way of producing a canvas with logos has been to paint each logo individually in situ on the canvas, having multiple logos or extra-large logos involves more time and materials raising the cost. In addition it is what it is – paint – and this will wear and flake with use.

TOUGHTEX PLUS canvas involves a completely different process:  – We begin with an all-white canvas the surface area is completely printed to produce the finished item – this means that you can have as many colours and as many logos at whatever size you want at no additional cost. – Once the canvas has been printed it undergoes a second process that fixes the colours making them rich and vibrant. The print is then PERMANENT as it becomes part of the fibres of the canvas, this means it will not flake over time, the logos will last the full life of the canvas.
