The platform ring stairways include steel plates and angle-iron which fasten to the ring on either side of any corner; each step has been treated to provide a total non-slip surface for the boxers. Platform rings have heavy duty white ring ropes which are fully adjustable and come with rope covers in various colors; in the boxing ring there are two corner stools for the competitors to sit on which are again made from hardwood to withstand constant use and abuse. You can have personalized turnbuckle covers, cushion pads and skirting in any color for your platform ring to make your boxing event unique. The skirting is supplied in four sections is tough and durable and comes with grommets to easily attach it to the platform ring canvas. Platform rings are designed, engineered and built with safety in mind and have to undergo many tests and regulations to meet Boxing Commission requirements and tough safety standards which are set out for the sport. Boxing now is one of the safest sports and the design of the platform ring helps boxing professionals achieve this. |
