DELIVERY CHARGES
We use a practical common sense approach to delivery charges - we do try hard to minimise the cost to the customer but there is no set rule to cover every delivery - for instance there may be a choice of 30 differant companies willing to deliver into major cities enabling us to negotiate better rates but if you live in a less populated area there may only be one company servicing your postal code and this usually means poorer service and higher rates.

PACKAGING POLICY
Wherever possible we wil consolidate you order into one delivery charge FOR EXAMPLE if you order a SUPA ANGLE bag, 3 wraps and 2 pairs of gloves we would only charge for delivery of the bag as the other items can be packed inside the bag wrapping - however if you ordered a digital TIMER as well then we would charge for this seperately in order to protect it during delivery.

Not all rates can appear within our catalogue - there will always be special cases because of location etc.. Below we have tried to give you a rough idea of approximate costs.. dont worry if you dont appear there if we listed all the areas that we have sent goods to it would be never ending..!!

MAINLAND UK -

Most large items are delivered at £8.95 per item - this includes all of our bags, smaller items such as gloves timers etc.. are delivered at £4.95 - wherever possible we would include as much of your order as we can within one delivery charge -

ANY ITEM UP TO 25 KILOS - £8.95 - Where it is possible we will cram as much into one delivery as possible.. PORTABLE RINGS.. £95.00 FULL SIZE RINGS... £195.00 delivered or £345.00 delivered and installed. Certain areas of Scotland and wales fall outside of normal traffic routes - delivery charges to these areas will vary.

IRELAND - ANY ITEM UP TO 25 KILOS - £15.95 - Where it is possible we will cram as much into one delivery as possible.. PORTABLE RINGS.. £125.00 FULL SIZE RINGS including OCTAGON MMA RINGS.. £195.00
